Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within seven days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be unopened and returned with all original packaging and materials.

For opened products, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, provided the product is returned in its original packaging with all included materials. If the product is returned without some or all of the original packaging and materials, Firmlinx reserves the right to charge an additional fee at its sole discretion.

Products returned in opened packaging must be in resalable condition. Software and consumables (such as ink, paper, etc.) can only be returned if they have not been opened.

When shipping products back to Firmlinx, please ensure they are carefully packed in protective materials. The order number and return address should be clearly visible on the package. Firmlinx will not be held liable for any damages that occur during shipping. We recommend insuring the return shipment for added protection.

If an order is cancelled by the customer before it has been shipped (fulfilled), a full refund, including delivery charges, will be issued. All payments made to Firmlinx are considered fully refundable deposits until the order has been shipped (fulfilled).

 

Replacements 

All products sold by Firmlinx are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty, which is valid for a minimum of one year from the date of order, unless otherwise stated. Certain products may come with extended manufacturer warranties, and we fully honor these warranties as well.

If you encounter a faulty item, please contact us, and we will guide you through the return process. In such cases, the customer is responsible for arranging the shipment of the faulty item back to Firmlinx, but we will cover the return shipping costs to send the item back to you.

In the unlikely event that a product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or becomes faulty within 30 days of delivery, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you at no extra cost. Firmlinx will cover the shipping costs both ways, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.
