Escalated and IT Hardware failure issues are reolved quickly and professionally by our onsite Engineers.
Preventative Approach with our dedicated NOC ( Network Operations Centre )
We believe firmly in continuous improvement. We monitor and analyse the entire ICT infrastructure of our Service Level Agreement Customers making continuous improvements to ensure maximum availability and stability of their systems.
Tailored Service Level Agreements
Maximise your ICT Support experience and available support time with a tailored service level agreement. With our Service Level Agreements time spent are rounded off to the first 30min for the first hour and rounded to the closest 15min thereafter. With Ad-Hoc Support options time spent gets rounded to the closest hour and thereafter to the closest 30min. With a tailored Service Level Agreement, we also combine our support approach with priority response times, Scheduled Onsite visits, Remote Helpdesk time, Preventative Checks and Analyses. Our Service Level Agreement Customers enjoy a tailored ICT Health Report monthly reporting back to stakeholders and decisionmakers on issues needing their input, latest ICT market trends and the performance of their current systems.
