Eligibility

You do not need to be an existing client of Firmlinx to participate.

How It Works

Refer a new customer who signs a 24-month fibre contract with Firmlinx during the promotion period (August, September, and October 2025).

If the referred customer signs a business fibre contract, you will receive cashback equal to their first month’s contract value, paid in cash.

If the referred customer signs a household fibre contract, you will receive R100 in cash.

Payment of Cashback

Cashback will be paid via bank transfer to the referring individual’s nominated account.

Payments will be processed and paid out within one month after the referred customer’s contract has been activated.

Multiple Referrals

You may refer multiple customers and will receive cashback for each qualifying referral.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

Contract Requirements

Only new 24-month fibre contracts qualify for this offer.

Contract type (business or household) will be determined based on the package selected by the referred customer.

Promotion Period

This promotion is valid for referrals made and contracts signed during August, September, and October 2025.

General Conditions

Firmlinx reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse payment if fraudulent or false information is provided.

Firmlinx may amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
